Hi!
I was wondering what your fat redistribution has been like on estrogen. Particularly some things like your thighs, your hips and waist, and, if you don't mind me saying, your butt.
Ages and time frame would be useful and I'm also interested in whether you felt your thoughts becoming less organised on HRT.
Thanks  :)

I'm 30, been on HRT for 21 months,  and my thighs and butt look great. I think basically, you can look at your mother and see what you'll get.

Was just wondering if any of you lost the gap between your thighs, I know that lots of cis women's upper legs dont have a gap, did this happen for you?

Since being on hrt my appetite has gone through the roof and most of the fat goes straight to my thighs and butt now. So yes fat does redistribute to your thighs but your genetics play a large part in it. And the gap between my legs is filling so the answer is yes in my case. But as with everything hormone related its going to vary from person to person. And there no guarantee that your fat will go there!

I never had a gap between my thighs. HRT is giving me some bigger hips and making my stomach more womanly and it looks like my stretch marks on my thighs are being aggravted and growing again. ugh.

Yes, I lost the gap. My thighs were the first things to look completely female.

26, been on HRT about a year. My hips/butt are about double in size, especially my butt. I've been grading the accumulation based on my personal jiggliness assessment; right now the jiggliness is about a B+ to an A-. The lower body is still growing a bit too :)

*edit*

This is assuming a starting jiggliness of about a D-.

It's been slow, but recently I did notice that gap had vanished when I wasn't looking. :) I have a bit of "hips" now (which on a woman are actually the very upper thigh) and my butt has been growing again until it's pretty nicely big and round, but I do wish my waist were more noticeable.

(I'm a bit past 3 years HRT.)

Butt yes... legs no. I run and road bike a lot though... so I'm not the average case here.

Sounds great, it's nice to hear a range of stories, I do a lot of rowing so I might have to focus on technique more for the first year of hormones to let my body lose some muscle and then I can have a fresh start, perhaps I'm filled with misconceptions but belief in those is what keeps me going. Hopefully I'll get my jiggliness to at least a B  ;)

I've definitely noticed the fat distribution to my legs after several months. However, it has been just all fat.

So I am wondering when, if at all, any muscle would ever show up on my thighs. If it were up to genetics, I'd be out of luck since my mum has the skinniest legs. But then again, she is overweight, so fat doesn't accumulate in her legs as much, so that's already a difference.

Anyway, should I completely forget about it?

Personal jiggliness assessment?  Is that a technical scientific measurement?

Within 6 Months of HRT my thighs started to look very female. Butt started to puffy up later than my thighs. My hips started to get bigger within 3 months. My tummy also started to look female within 3 months.

I hope this helps
