Does it makes any sense to use those vagina lubricators with nozzle to moisten the inside of our vaginas since our walls do not have real glans like cis women? I speaking for us who had penile inversion. I find that whenever I use those lubricators that come with nozzles, my vagina does not accept them and it troughs most of it.

Hi Tonia,

I haven't used the OTC vaginal moisturizers.  I bought a carton, but haven't used it.

You might want to explore the possiblity of getting a prescription for vaginal estrogen
creme.  You apply it every other night with an applicator like the OTC moisturizer.  It
is a pretty "heavy" creme.  I haven't had any problem with the "troughing".

I just re-read your post... what do you mean by your vagina does not accept the nozzle?
The estrogen creme (and I imagine the moisturizer) require you to get the creme in
deeply so your body heat can be used in the absorption process.

Best Wishes,
Elaina

I do use the nozzle deep inside but i find that i leak until nothing left. Its like i cannot hold the moisture inside.

I used one of those "nozzles" to insert KY deep inside before dilation, and it made dilating much more comfortable.

At about four months post-op, my doctor recommended I try it with Vagisil lubricant because he said things seemed kind of dry during the exam, and it seemed to help a lot - although I still used it for dilating, so that might have helped keep the lubricant inside for a while. Anyway, for what it's worth, the doctor says Vagisil is what he recommends to cis women with dryness issues as well, when he or they don't want to go to the big guns and use estrogen cream.

(I had penile inversion a little over a year ago.)
