How did you 'help out' (read: make things worse) as a kid?

I just ran out of one type of mouthwash that my dad and I use, so I had to grab the listerine. I thought how much it would be like my dad to just take the listerine and fill the other mouthwash bottle up with it. My dad, being a guy, has done things like that before ... such replacing the empty hand soap dispenser with my face soap pump on numerous occasions back when I used a cheap one.

Somehow that reminded me of when I was a kid and I'd make super-soaps for mom in the shower. This basically meant taking one of the neat little bottles and emptying most of it out and then randomly mixing all the soaps in the shower in it. If one soap is good, then 10 soaps is better, right?

I laughed at how much I'd kill someone now if they tossed half my facial cream and 10 baths worth of body soap in with $3 worth of heavy conditioner in a bottle of hand soap and selsun blue. Somehow I don't remember mom yelling at me for doing it with whatever stuff she had in there, though I proudly did it a few times.

So what did you do when you were little to add that extra special 'help' when it wasn't needed?

Around 6 yo, I also did my own shampoo by disolving a bar of dove soap and pouring it into a bottle; even more surprising, my mother let me use it a few time. It was terrible as a shampoo of course, so much residu :-).
