OK. So I'm new here obviously. Joined today.
So I have a question or two about transitioning. I'm Female to Male.
But anyways, I would like to know in your opinion, what is the best first step to take? Should I bind and pack? Or what?
Also I've been trying to figure about Testosterone. In your opinion which is the best way to go about it?
I'm hoping someone can help.
Thanks!

In my opinion, I believe the best step to take first is to see a gender therapist that could help guide you into where you want to be in life.

Aside from that, start with what you feel the most comfortable with starting first.

You might check out the ftm subforum (transsexual---> ftm). Another thing a lot of people do is take a more masculine presentation. You can try things like binding and/or packing and see how that makes you feel. But otherwise I agree with Malachite.

I agree a good first step is to try to find a gender therapist. After that, it is really up to you. I wouldn't jump right into hormones, that's something not to be taken lightly. Be careful with binding if you decide to go that route, make sure you use a real binder and not ace bandages and limit the amount of time you bind. If you can wear a compression bra and layer clothing to make your chest appear more masculine that may be a better solution to start. Some men pack, others don't feel the need to. You can get a cheap packer like Mr Limpy and wear it in some well fitting boxer briefs or packing underwear and see how it feels.
