so yesterday was my first day out in public as full fem and well i don't actually know a way in which it could of gone better.
so saturday night i sat down and was thinking about going shopping fem
sunday morning i got up and put on my usual underwear (lace midi briefs and a t-shirt bra) still think about wether to go out fem i put on my lace top and camisole. and then think what the hell im going too a place where no one knows me so there for no one can judge me right.

after about an hour this young lady come up to me and tells me i look good and then another lady says the same and this all before i even start hormones has any1 else ever had this, i just dont know wether to believe it
but unfortunately my dad went and really upset me last night when i told him im trans
we are all beautiful in our own way its just some people don't see it :-*

Women rarely ever tell me I look good unless I'm wearing something exotic or I do something extreme with my hair. It's almost always men that pay those kind of compliments to me.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

Many things seem to happen at the same time. Time will solve everything.
Good luck and enjoy it!

Honestly I am 9/10 times going to compliment a woman's hair or outfit instead of anything else cause that's what I'm looking at, not for catty reasons :)

Taking the what? And why would you say or do something you'd regret?

I guess... I personally rarely say anything to a girl about her appearance unless they're doing something completely different than the norm.

I say take the complements as a good sign. Gadda love it whenever or women tell you that you look great or good

I have to admit that random strange women approaching another strange woman and complementing them is rather out of the ordinary. Were you wearing stilts, riding a unicycle perhaps? The only time I ever had that was when I was a few months into HRT, in male mode, and complemented about being a beautiful boy.

Shrugs...IDK..  I have random women compliment me and ask where I bought parts of my outfit enough that I don't even think its odd....  If I see a top, bottom or shoes I love that someone is wearing I'll ask where they bought it and they'll tell me..  (sucks when they say they found it at a consignment shop or its several years old..no hope of scoring one for myself..lol) ......seems to be normal behavior to me.

Yes and No!!

I have had women from work or women shopping next to me compliment my hair, clothing or shoes (many times) but I have never had or witnessed anyone else being told they looked good. It's just too general of a comment....woman are going to see something specific they like. I have done this tons of times...asking unfamiliar women where they got such cute shoes. In this case I would be a bit suspicious....they may have wondered something and wanted to here your voice just to be sure.

This happened to me many years ago when I would cross dress and go out....some people instead of looking strange at me would ask me questions or give a strange but nice comment....usually it would be school age girls.

This is just my observation!

I think it depends on what they complimented you about. A month ago, this woman was like "I love your purse girl." And so that I don't think that is abnormal and feels good cause I passed even when not really trying but if it was someone complimenting how good I look I would prolly be like they clocked me as trans and were trying to confirm it. But who knows? I usually go with tone and context. If it was a guy, I would just think they are hitting on me.

The reason I'd probably do somthing is because I have a problem with 95 per cent of men and that is that I hate them with a vengence because for the last 19 years iv been sigled out by them and bullied tod the point of be hospitalized

It's just something to say that's nice.  I like getting compliments, so I like giving them.   When people have something awesome going on, I feel they should know it.

Hate to tell ya but you're gonna have to find other ways to handle it. Otherwise you're gonna end up behind bars and probably in a hospital because when HRT starts, you slowly become weaker than like 95% of men out there. Plus if you are passing, a guy WILL hit on you. It's not a matter of if, but when. I'm hit on about twice a week by men I want absolutely NOTHING to do with, and I stay in my house quite a bit. Things like "Hey darling, what you doin?" "Got a man?" "Hey shawty let me get your numba" "Damn you are fine". Also, get used to men treating you like they don't even hear a word you're saying while acting like they're the most awesome thing on the planet.

Think you can handle all that without getting into trouble? If not, then I think you should really go seek some help with that issue. I understand the fear, the resentment, everything... but you will not be a happy person in a jail ... with men ... because you won't go to womens prison unless you have a vagina. I doubt you can make it the year or whatever it takes to get approved for SRS while going around beating up any guy making a pass at you.

Oh, and many jails  / prisons in the US do not allow HRT. Keep that in mind...

Atleast u don't get hit on by old men. Everytime I go out a guy pulls up in his truck n says "hey baby want to take a ride". It's so wierd. Even better some just drive past n honk their horns n whistle out their cars/trucks. It's very embarrassing cause I don't like being singled out like that.

Has ever, since the dawn of time, that worked?  Pulling up next to a woman in a truck and asking her if she wants a ride?

Men are weird.

I've been hit on by older men too. I was riding my bike around one time and one asked if he could ride with me. Flattered, but yuck. Another time, an older guy at a casino was with his mom, and he started hitting on me in front of my cis gendered female friend who is close to my age. She got insecure over that!

Usually they don't hit on me directly, sometimes they just smile and try to talk to me sweetly. Lots of times though, they couldn't care less. Probably the men that have been ruined by decades of divorces and are glad that their sex drives aren't telling them what to do anymore, lol!
