What is your favorite BBQ?

I love summer BBQ, but my sauce is weak. Anybody have any suggestions?

I do chops, buffalo, chiicken, shrimp, and yes.....tofu, as well as roasted veggies, and the occasional portabello.

Lemon pepper chicken...zesty and spicy.

get some chipotle chiles, grind em up, roast em or grill em or some deal like that, and throw em in there.
cook slow if you can manage.
