Hello!
I just want to start off by saying I'm also a member of the yahoo facial feminization group and asked these questions didn't get much of response so I apologize if you come across these questions twice.

1. Are you happy with your rhinoplastys? Do you feel like they were too aggressive or too conservative? I have a pretty big nose and I'm hoping to get a big change. This will be a 2nd rhinoplasty for me.
 
2. I have had a lot of trouble finding anything about Dr. Pimentel's credentials. Has anyone has anyone had any luck with this?

3. Is hairline lowering permanent?
