I think they are pretty andro to begin with. However bigger gauges do tend to look pretty masculine. I only ever see guys with the really stretched plugs. There is prolly no way to make them femme. You could get a solid plug, if that is the right term, and get in a purple or violet. I never had them but one of my exes did. She sHe had a small gauge and they had a cute design on them.
