Okay, on topic but slightly newbish here. I get the bra sizes. I'm good but I won't start hormones for at least a month. I am also at 1/2 inch or less difference in band to bust size. So for a conference that I need attend in a month in half would a training bra be good and how would I know my size? Or should I just go right to a small A or AA?

With that small, Fruit Of The Loom sells a sports bra that has actual straps, but a solid sports bra style band. They are what i wear right now because they help get you used to the feeling of a bra, but are cheaper and more logical with the smaller measurements.

That is something I never had to get use to.. wearing a bra. I was very excited when my breast development required me to wear a bra. I did wear bras when I was still a crossdresser, but filling a bra with your own breast was a great feeling. I loved the feeling of the bra straps around me, after i put it on, I have been "forced" to wear a bra well over two years now and i still today love wearing a bra. I have always found bra's comfortable, only once a strapless bra hurt me and could not wait to get home so I could take it off, but that was caused by under wire poking me due to poor workmanship when the bra was made..  I only wear under wire bra's.

I wear a 36D bra, so a good bra is important. I don't get pains in my back, but always ensuring i have a good bra with good support helps. Even when I buy strappy shirts, I always buy ones that provide support for my breasts.

My breasts don't look to big on me, but are a nice size.. plus the cleavage is great.. I have gotten free drinks and discounts in shops before because of my girls.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

Not sure if you can get a similar thing in the US, but I usually use these during the day: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sloggi-Sensual-Fresh-Womens-Top/dp/B003WDTJ7C/
Doesn't require you to know your bra size, just your general upper body size for women's clothing, and will take up to a "C" cup it seems. When searching for similar products I would make sure that they have enough spandex though (16% in the case of the ones I use).

I have two cami bras like that from Bollovo. They're so comfy. They do kinda make you smaller cause they can be tight so it's something to watch for if you are not too big.

In my case that is intentional, as I use them to help hide stuff when presenting male (combined with a t-shirt tucked tight into my pants, essentially hides the lower curve, which is what tends to be the giveaway). :) I use a normal bra when I want to ... announce ... that something has changed. ;)

Like...when you stand on the rooftops, shouting to all the world?  ;)

WOOT! for the "lower curve".... ;D

I"m hoping for a full C myself.  D would be nice too.  Anything beyond would be too much, but I wouldn't complain (:
