Orgasms on HRT for MTF

I have been on HRT for over 3 months. It's going well. I am much appier. I (and my wife)have noticed that erections are much less "firm"  but it doesn't bother met all. In fact orgasms feel much much stronger and all over.

A question my wife had for me was if I eventually lose ability to get erect as my dosage is increased, can I still orgasm?  If so, i assume IT would still need to be stimulated somehow. Wondering from those further down the HRT road than I.

You'll still get "some movement" down there, but it will take some work (foreplay) to get it going.

You won't be anywhere near as hard thou.

I've been on HRT since late December and while I still can get erect (with a *LOT* of effort), even then it's not overly firm.  I think at least part of it is mental as I really have no desire to...

everyone is different - I have been on HRT for 19 years and still can but it rquires quite a bit of stimulation - so much that I do not bother -  It has been 10 years since my wife died and 2 years before that due to severe injury

I've been on for almost 6 months, and it's definitely not as hard as before, though my O wasn't as good as 2 months prior, which was kind of a weird realization. Maybe because it took so darn long...

I do not get erect anymore, but I can orgasm. It's difficult - requires me to be intensely aroused mentally.

The way my therapist (who also does sex therapy with other clients) tell it, you need a rush of blood to your genitals to climax, but you don't need to be erect.

one thing you have to remember is the brain is the greatest sex organ - and when you are on HRT long enough you will start to experience an orgasm more as cis gender females do (at least that was my experience and that which I hear from friends)
