Hi.

I'm now around 4 months post op yet still I feel like I have quite a bit of swelling... if that is what it is.

Right now I have no pain or anything apart from a little usual pain on my scars. Yet looking at my chest it, to me, still looks as if I have strange overgrown man boobs. Seeing as how far post op I can I would of thought to be quite flat by now.

If anyone has any answers and has been through the procedure themselves I would love to hear what you think and your experience please. Also if there is a way to tell if it really is swelling or a crappy job. This is causing me to become very upset and angry as I just really thought my chest would be on the way to looking normal now.

I have to loose a little bit of weight but not so much that I think it would cause this much difference in my chest alone.

I had the double incision with Miles Berry in London. I was big breasted before surgery and now I would say it still looks as though I have an A cup, still a bit more chest then should be there even with binder on.

Contact your doctor's office for a follow-up appointment.

Hi, yes - definitely contact them and go back in for them to have a look.

i had the same experience as you - same surgeon, felt exactly the same as you after 4 months. I went back in at 5 months and had a revision at 6. Done under local he re-opened a part of the incisions and removed more.

Unfortunately I'm still not happy and wish i'd gone to a different surgeon, but I'm sure everyone has different results and I hope it works out for you - best of luck

Thanks for the feedback. I have my 6 month follow up in Oct and am giving the Surgon the benefit of the doubt as they have said to give it 6 months. If it's still like this at the 6 month mark I am going to be so flipping angry.

Hey, just wondered how you got on with the follow up?

I've now had two revisions over the course of a year with Dr. Berry so please contact me if I can help at all.
