Exciting news! SO had the appointment today to get a script for hormones. We'll probably be picking them up tomorrow. The doctor wanted to start the estrogen first and see how it goes for a few months before the spironolactone is added in. So here we go! Any helpful advice for what to expect as these new hormones take effect?

After we got home I pulled out all my make up and we had a little experimentation time. I gently shaped his eyebrows, did my best to cover up some stubble (although the LHR has been doing wonders after 2 treatments), and did eyeshadow better on him then I've ever done on myself. It was a really nice afternoon. :)

**Disclaimer: as of now male pronouns are still preferred, although I anticipate that changing soon!**

How exciting for you both!! I'm in the early stages with my partner (ftm) and it's all very nerve racking so I wish you both luck!
