I checked on the internet, apparently they do exist for men too (but they are very expensive from what I've read). I think they are just not available in my country (I know every option and have asked my doctor and a pharmacist and they don't sell them) - I currently live in Europe, not in the States.

I'll just take dealing with the needles as a challenge  ;D

So I did my next injection today and the bouncing technique works really great for me !!!
I managed to relax a lot more than usual and put on a nice song (Marilyn Manson works marvelously for T injections !!!  ;D ), it was much less stressful than the last time and totally painless with this technique.
Wow, thank you all so much for your very useful advice, my problem seems to be solved  8)
