you go to school don't you? there has to be a person there who can help you get a real therapist, especially if you tell them that you have suicidal thoughts and the one your parents got you doesn't help and you don't feel like you can trust him at all. better not mention gender issues just in case though. your parents are abusing you, even though not physically, and there should be people working in your school who've got some kind of instructions on how to handle abuse cases. you're too young to deal with this on your own, so seek help wherever you can possibly find it. you could also try your family doctor for help.
it can be very dangerous to work with an unqualified therapist (not talking about qualifications on paper, there are other things that are just as important as their degree or license). if you don't like your therapist, refuse to talk. refuse to even see him. if he's a guy, refuse to see a male therapist. use any excuse you can think of as to why you need someone else. now should be a good time to stop trusting authorities. you know yourself and your own body much better than any doctor or therapist, and if what they tell you feels wrong, you are likely to be right about that.
this particular page in a pretty nice how to find a good therapist guide explains very clearly why you shouldn't trust your therapist at all. i think you should read the whole thing from the start after reading this page, it's good information.
