passionate, intense and exciting but who can be difficult (moody, stubborn, irrational) or someone who is more moderate, even-tempered and dull who is easy to get along with (agreeable, pliable, rational)? would you choose excitement or safety? ecstasy & agony or middle of the road?

How about someone who,

--is one of the finest human beings whom I have ever met, in this life?

--is a model Christian?

--is very intelligent and blessed with an uncannily sharp mind?

--is an independent thinker?

--is strong minded, but not closed-minded?

--is completely, beyond any doubt trustworthy?

--is someone whom I know, beyond the shadow of a doubt, would never do me wrong [and the reciprocal is true]?

--is very gentle and sweet?

--is assertive, but kind?

--is completely void of guile?

--is very beautiful, both inside and out?

--is my best friend?

--is somebody whom I would defend to the death, for I love her like no other human being?

I have just described my spouse.

I had someone like that and now he's in the ground. He was a modern day cowboy. (Think Billy the Kid) I know I will never love someone that much again.

Yep. Nowadays, I just want some boring person to cuddle me.

It depends on which one makes me laugh more!

The Irrational, immature, individual who can't help but to come up with the stupidest ideas....which i can step in and remind them just how stupid the idea was in the first place

or

The boring, logical, individual who I could set my watch too...this person needs my help the most! life is too short too be that predictable & boring, but theres something to be said about a consistant spouse. You'll always know exactly where you stand!

So Ill go with the comedy factor...

Yup. My best friend has little to no idea what I am talking about a lot of the time, and would NOT appreciate, say this particular forum. >??? If you knew me, you might think I'd be completely ::),  regarding this person (and vice versa...).

But we laugh our asses off together.

I have to go with the comedy factor, also.

This is a rather good question.  After carefully thinking about it I have to choose the more even tempered person because I am more of the irrational, moody, and stubborn person so we could balance each other out. :)

I'd choose someone more even tempered.  I was engaged to someone who was more of the first time and it didn't work out.  I want comfort and stability.  You can be fun loving and still be comfortable and have stability.  I also have someone relying on me to give her a nice household:  my dog.  Honestly, she's my kid and I don't want to live in a household with a person that can fly off the handle and decide to take it out on her.  I would severely hurt anyone who so much as harmed a hair on my dog.
