Okay commenting is too vague. What I mean is talking about a personal experience requested by OP without having said personal experience. Just in the same way I couldn't comment from personal experience on something like MTF SRS surgery.

Since almost no one asks for people who have changed hormone ratios without synthetic T, I felt it was in my right to interpret the question as being for anyone who has experienced changes due to any intentional change in hormone ratios. I respect your right to interpret it differently.

I would also like to mention that while three shoe sizes seems like a lot, it's actually only 3/4 of an inch, and I did mention the change to properly sized footwear that would no longer restrict growth.
Any changes I had that may seem drastic were addressed in my original post with possible alternate explanations.

People probably don't ask for hormone changes from those who have hormone ratio changes without synthetic T because it doesn't appear to work. Speaking from my own experiences, I had low male ranges Pre-T because of ovarian tumors but I still didn't pass 100%. I had a lot of facial hair and a raspy young boy voice. The levels I had were on the very high end for someone FAAB but it also spiked my Estradiol levels. Same thing happens with people who have PCOS which is the levels you're saying your regimen mimics. People FAAB who are menopausal or have PCOS don't fully masculinize and appear/sound like a cis male. Many of them have a deeper voice and a wispy mustache but they're still easily identifiable as female.

Medically transitioning without the aid of synthetic hormones can cause more problems then it solves and doesn't even give good results. In my almost 15 years of being in the trans community I have NEVER seen someone who was transitioning with the aid of supplements appear as the gender they were identifying as. That is why it gets annoying to see someone not on T tell someone seeking advice about synthetic T that their herbal regimen is working. It's a pipe dream that can cause more harm to someone who is desperate for T.

I've tried to get it to stop but Soren is keeping it going.

So I end with this:

The main issue is a lack of understanding. Being on something means taking that something. Cis men aren't considered as being "on T" unless they are injecting or using gel themselves, even though cis men have T naturally in their body. I've never been on oestrogen for example, but it's naturally been in my blood. So if an OP asks about experiences on T (exactly as asked here) if someone comments as one who isn't on T, it should be accepted that others may point that out for fairness to the discussion.

I see. That wasn't my intention. The OP was simply asking for the little changes that many people overlook. I have experience some of these little changes that most people overlook. I did not mention that I was using a different method, because I did not want it to seem like I was advertising it. It was someone else who brought it up, and in such a manner that I felt the need to defend myself.
As I have mentioned, I am in the care of a doctor to prevent the problems that it could cause. I have also stated in other threads that no, I don't pass as male. Yes, I am male, but I prefer to present androgynously, as it's more suited to my body type anyway. (Looking at my family tree for cis males with the same body type, I would never pass as male anyway- even the cis men with my body type don't, so I see no way in which I could.) I also made no mention of herbals, only weight loss. Getting to a healthier weight really shouldn't cause anyone problems.

We are going to take a little time out here.   ::)

I am going to define a term here for the purpose of this and future discussions.

In the United States, "testosterone" ("T") is classified as a "controlled substance" by the Food and Drug Administration.  It can only be obtained lawfully by prescription.  In many other countries it must similarly be obtained through a pharmacist, chemist, or apothecary.

If you are using herbal substances, supplements, or "testosterone boosters," that are available over-the-counter, without a prescription, you are not using "testosterone."  You are instead likely using a plant sterol or a phytoandrogen.  Having androgenic properties is not the same as being "testosterone" which is produced in the human body in the testes, ovaries, and adrenal glands.

I don't have personal experience with taking T (well besides the obvious fact that I'm a transgirl), but I have noticed the changes first hand among ftm's.  It was pretty incredible to say the least how much T works on guys.  Hair starts to develop, voice is changed, emotions and attitudes are visibly different.  I know very little about the effects of T for a ftm, but I can say that it seems to work very well from what I have seen.  I never saw T not work where I have seen Estrogen not working for some women, so I suppose that says something. Plus, I rarely meet a ftm on T who doesn't look like a really hot guy, lol.  So sexiness comes with it.  ;)

That's the witness testimony of t effects from a transgirl.  :)

Whoa things exploded here while i was gone T.T im sorry i dont mean to start arguments, i should have clarified on what it was i was looking for. Which is affects of synthetic t.

Thanks for the feedback though. Seems what im hearing is your current features seem to just take on a more masculine appearance without actually growing ( or if growth not a dramatic amount) its all neat information.

I actually had my second therapy appointment today and the subject of hrt came up she asked if i would be comfortable with the changes if i were to under go it in the future. I told her then i would be. Knowing the general spectrum of how ftms change under t.

So thanks guys!

I've had a lot of little changes. My hands grew--about half a glove size, I think, but I haven't bought new gloves to find out. However, I can no longer wear my favorite winter gloves; I just can't get them on. Sucks because they were a gift, something I wouldn't have bought for myself.

My feet are also about half a size larger. It's funny, but at first I thought my feet had actually shrunk. Then I discovered that I needed a smaller size for one pair of shoes with weird sizing. At the time, I could still get away with wearing the shoes I had been wearing on a regular basis; I suppose they stretched out a little because I wore them almost every day. But I can no longer wear any of my old dress shoes, probably because I didn't wear them often. Now I uniformly go with a larger size (and wider, too, which is inconvenient).

Both my hands and feet are veinier.

I have a bit more of an Adam's apple, but not like cis men have. However, my neck went up half a collar size. This is inconvenient because if I want to wear a casual tie with a sport shirt, I have to use collar extenders. Fortunately, I don't wear ties with sport shirts all that often. I would go up a size, but I can't wear medium sport shirts because they are way too big for me--everywhere but the collar.

I picked up more muscle everywhere, and I do not have to work out a body part to see this. For example, I cannot work out my upper body due to old injuries, but I have bigger forearms and biceps. I do work out on a stationary bike, so my calves and thighs are considerably bigger than they were. I've always had strong calves, but now they are more so.

My waist is also more muscular. The fat migrated there, but I also picked up a bunch of muscle in that region that wasn't there before.

I lost fat in my face, but my nose seems the same, and so do my ears.

Last, but not least, I have gotten taller, and that seems to be from the T. I'm not sure how much taller, though. I've been debating about it on another thread.
