Wow... if I were you, I'd hold off on any FFS decisions at least until HRT has had a chance to me... I don't believe I'm alone in thinking you have a beautiful face with excellent bone structure.  Hairline is high, but that may fill in.

I would also wait, which I think you are supposed to do before you have FFS... I have read about a year? But you do have the brow ridge and a more prominent nose than you would probably want. The rest of your face is nice.

I have a similar nose, but less of a brow, and I clearly will need some tweaking to really look female.

What a feminine profile shot! I don't think the brow will be a problem for you especially with longer hair.

The only FFS procedure you might really want to consider is tracheal shave, which is hardly even FFS

I won't argue that you can probably pass with what you have, but to say FFS wouldn't benefit you is a wild misstatement.  You have a fairly long face, (consider so do some natal women) and long faces I'd say definitely have a harder time coming off as female, having some jaw work done with a little big of nose and chin work would definitely benefit you as it would help make your face appear visually more feminine, round.

In the end though, that's just vanity- I think you'd do okay with enough confidence.
