How wonderful to think that dreams CAN come true! I hope you had a lovely dinner with your family and that you looked and felt wonderful in your summer dress!

Hi Carlita,
It was a beautiful evening thanks and to encourage you even more regarding the fact that dreams CAN come true, the place was full but, apart from googling at my grand-daughter, no one paid any attention to us whatsoever.
Also, on a comical note, since I am now just an ignorant woman (who nevertheless ended up paying the bill.. ;)), when it came to tasting the wines, the waitress proposed that my "son in law", as the oldest male at the table (he's only thirty BTW), do the necessary. Happily I still get to drink some of the stuff..., just about! :)

Isn't it funny how an MTF knows that her transition is working when she's treated with the same condescension as any other woman ... and by another woman, too!! I'm so glad it all went well. I can't tell you how much hope you are giving me, because I think we are in quite comparable situations and you're making me feel that it's not too late, or too difficult to make dreams come true, even if it often seems that way.

I dream of my life as a girl all the time. I can't wait to wear dresses and put on makeup and twirl my hair. I'm really excited for guys to finally notice me. No longer will I see a cute guy and be completely invisible to him. I look forward to all the perks like free drinks, not having to do heavy lifting, little things like someone wrapping their jacket around me when I'm cold or pulling my chair out for me. most of all, I dream of looking in the mirror and seeing the real me. The feeling of finally being comfortable in my own skin and having the confidence to be myself will be worth all the pain it took to get there.

Lol.  Free drinks would be a nice little thing.  :)

I daydream of fingers caressing my smooth feminine cheeks.

A short grey skirt over black leggings for some reason.

Touching up makeup in the girls loos in a club- no one takes a second glance at me whilst they talk.

Rollerderby.
Body... meet brain.  Now follow her lead and there will be no more trouble, you dig?
