I'm a bit new to the Procedures to pass as my new Gender roll.
I knew that alot of people fake their voices however I didn't know
that most go through Therapy in order to do this.
what is it?
Are there more ways for men to sound more feminine?
and vice versa how can women sound more manly?
just in general how does the therapy work?
can one have a surgery to assist with it?
what if someone needs their adams apple removed?
would that affect voice too?

There are a number of posts in this topic with lots of links to vocal training exercises.  Some people choose to go to a vocal therapist, or a person knowledgeable in gender differences in vocalization who can help them alter their voice.

Removal of the Adam's Apple doesn't happen, but it can be slimmed down with the help of an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor or a plastic surgeon, and there are many discussions here on that, too.  Laryngoplasty, I believe it is called.  Unfortunately, this is merely cosmetic or, in some cases where it is done improperly, can actually lower the voice.

There are a number of surgeries to change the pitch of the voice, all of them with their pros and cons... I suggest researching in this topic on the forums, too, for more information... there is a wealth of it here, shared freely by other women, men, and androgynes on this forum who have been there.  Let their experiences teach and guide you into the proper decision for *you*.  :)

And welcome, by the way... I don't think you will find a more open, welcoming, and supportive group of people anywhere in the world than we have right here on Susan's. :)
