Chaos

Wasnt sure what to name the topic so i just went with that.

So for about 6 months or so,i was bound and decided that HRT was where i wanted to go in the next step. But i have been hitting ALOT of walls and starting to get very frustrated.1) was insurance.i currently am on medicaid but have amerigroup carrier.i have 9 days to change this carrier but i found that 1% out of everything, only takes amerigroup-so basicly no one and nothing takes it.there are many others to choose from and aenta (i believe) was one of them.2) i live in seattle washington and even though it claims to be LGBT friendly,i can NOT find for the life of me-a therapist willing to take me on for GID or transgender issues.i am being seen at a local mental health office but..as you guess *we dont deal with transgender issues of any kind*.i have went through amerigroups list 3 times, over those who cover this and do take their insurance but ALL were fails and *mis-listings* or so they always told me *we dont do that,we dont take out patient,we dont take someone out of our county* and so many excuses.I cant not even get local resources from local LGBT areas and support groups.i lost count of how many i have called and applied for.all with excuses why they cant help me.3) after reading some info on the new WPATH and so on,i decided to call my local pcp and ask them if it was possible to get HRT and i was bluntly told *we dont do that,we want to stay a family practice* and i seen it as my last resort.I have not called an endo or anyone along those lines.

So my question is,should i call an endo and try there? what other options might there be for me? i cant leave state because i am on SSI and if i leave state, its automaticly taken away and would need to re-apply in that new state.and if i cant get to see a therapist for trans issues, how can i see an endo? i dont really have the income either for online therapists,at least not right now.i havent tried planned parent hood but from what i understand, they only due the opposite HRT.so basicly they are all pro womans health and aka non trans-related.(in my area anyway)

The odd thing is,that i read some new things placed within washington and im sure i thought it said that a reg. doctor could give HRT (could not refuse trans related health care aka hormones and so on) but maybe im misunderstanding and if i didnt, how can my pcp refuse-regardless if they are wanting to be seen as a family practice? and its not like i have any other family that goes there,so they are seeing me as a single anyway.no worry of regrets, broken homes or relationships-so basicly, they dont have to worry about back lash.

idk im at my wits end and at this moment,i see no future past what i have here and now.if no one can help, then i understand but if you can, please.
