Yep, Canada, where we have more flavours of chips, than the Liquor store will have types of beer.

And THAT is another truly amazing thing right there, considering how much Canadians like beer.

But, nothing quite tops chocolate wine. No you read that correctly actually, we have wine that it chocolate flavour. Picture Bailey's Irish Bristol Creme, but made from wine from the Niagara region. It's twice the volume, and half the price and it tastes the same.

I have tried it in white and chocolate milk and it is closer to Baileys than Pepsi is to Coke.

Talk about topic drift

I'm not so sure, Sarah.  My original post was about a member leaving the site because they got offended.  It bemoaned the fact that we don't communicate as well as we should.

So what has this topic proved?  That we can talk about anything and do it in a civil, even jocular, manner.

I'd love to see where it goes next.  I am guessing the western Provinces or the Outback.

Oh, and by the way.  I love Moosehead lager beer.

The basic rule of survival on the Outback is that when you break down you stay with your vehicle and hope someone passes by and helps you.

You can start to play Solitaire and sure enough someone will lean over your shoulder and say "the Jack goes on that Queen"

One of my first trips to Canada about 20 years ago - Windsor, Ontario to be precise - I drank too much Moosehead, far too much Moosehead.  I became that tourist everyone was talking about earlier getting sick and eating random mystery meat off of the back of some roach coach.
