well its starting again

Hey ladies, well I started taking estrogen again, just a very low dose, prescribed by my doctor. I've taken it for a few months here and there in the past, also under doctor supervision. I stopped when my GID stopped, but my GID seems to have returned. This time I hope to stay on. I'm very masculine looking, but thin, 27, tall and around 160 lbs. I've read all the wonderful forums on here, but I was hoping I could get some advice on what to expect. I don't have a ton of T, so that's why the doctor put me on just a low dose of e. Will the effects start quicker since I've done this before? The first time around I had noticeably swollen nipples about a week in. I know YMMV, but again, I would love to hear from all the experts and people who have gone through this what I may expect. Thank you for being such an amazing resource and your strength.
