Underworks order?

So, I have a question.

I just ordered an Underworks binder yesterday afternoon, and man, am I excited.
My question is that about placing the order over the phone; is it any different than paying with a credit card online?
And also: How long does it usually take to ship if I am in the US?
Should I still get an email from FedEx despite the fact that it was a call-in order?
Sorry for too many questions, I like to be informed by experienced people.

I'm not sure about ordering over the phone compared to an online order with the binders, but when I placed an order over the phone to an Australian company whilst I was in the UK they basically did the order online how I would of had to do it but over the phone and I got an email like I would have done with an online order.

My binders were bought by somebody in the US and I believe that they took 3 days to be shipped to them so it shouldn't be too long.

I can only speak about ordering online, but they give you a tracking number in an email once they ship the order.

Did you give them an email address over the phone? If so, they may do the same? I dunno, sorry

How long it takes depends on the option you chose for shipping - I think the longest it could take with the cheapest U.S. shipping option is 5 -7 days. If you are thinking you ordered through Fed Ex though you probably got the next business day or 2nd day option.
