"A Pennsylvania judge ordered a suburban Philadelphia court clerk to halt issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples Thursday, saying the the county official overstepped his authority when he decided to grant the licenses to gay and lesbian couples in July."

Well, we knew this was going to happen, and a judge at such a lower level would only get appealed if he said it was unconstitutional to deny same-sex weddings. So, now, it'll (hopefully) just get appealed by same-sex marriage advocates to a higher judge with more standing/authority to declare it unconstitutional.
