'baby girl keep your head'. i tell myself this whenever i get in a sad mood. its like some powerful words lol...it works! say it to yourself and see how you feel.

I find it very affirming when people use my name or refer to me as "the lady" or "she" or something like that.  I do speak to myself in appropriate terms too, out loud helps.  These days it does tend to be "silly girl" a bit too often!

I've never called myself "baby girl" but ever since I was a child I referred to myself as a girl. I did out loud until my parents told me not too :/ but I do now even though my wife gives me strange looks. But yes, I agree with self affirmation :D
