Hi I'm Jesica;) ... I always thought if I decided to be a girl I would want to know the following
- d at the smallest but most Likely dd can I get them that big ?
- does my facile hair fall out when I start taking meds/hormones from the doc ?
- will some off my body hair fall out also /|\
- how does sex change surgery work
- do you have any sexual feeling after the change
- how easy is it to change your face/Adams apple to be more feminine

Welcome to the forum, Jessica.  All of your questions have been answered here somewhere - just look around.

That would mak sense as me and my sister look the same but maybe I could I end up like my mother with size b ?

Breast size, I think, is an inherited trait.  It depends on what genes you received.  I don't know that there is any way to tell what size they will be until you grow your own.
