Hey guys,

Wondering if any of you have heard of this....it's supposed to be a natural testosterone booster. Has anyone tried it? I assume it would work for cismales, but would it benefit nonbinary folk as well? Just curious if anyone has tried it or what you might think about it....it seems great if it would help boost a female(bodied) person's T levels. It's pretty expensive though.

As much as I like GNC, these products are essentially worthless for the FtM or FtA.  You are paying a lot of money for herbs that have scant little effect on those without testicles.  (And frankly, not much for those who do have them.)

^Echoing the above comment and also adding: using "natural" testosterone boosters can have the opposite effect in the bodies of people with ovaries. One could experience feminization, breast growth, etc.

Actually if you read the first link you'll read just how useless it is.

Save your money.  The absolute ONLY way to get into legit male ranges is by actually taking T...or having an underlying medical condition.  These T boosters are aimed at cis guys who actually do produce much more T than female bodies.  A high female range of T is around 2 nmol/L.  A low male range is around 9nmol/L but for that you're talking much older men, that range in a young man would likely result in symptoms of low T and would be addressed medically!  My levels right now are around 17nmol/L and my endo actually upped my dose a little!  During puberty boys tend to have far high ranges.

So the absolute best results with T boosters are really only at around 50% (yet there's no proper studies).  Now if your levels are at 10+ - that's a fairly decent increase (though still unlikely to happen).  But even if your T ranges are in a high female range (around 2)...yeah, a 50% increase is nothing!  That's not even getting anywhere near elderly men ranges!!

Yeah, save your money!

My doctor is VERY interested in alternative medicine and using herbs and vitamins and has actually prescribed some to me. But she told me she was VERY happy I never took these (not this one specifically). They can be much harder on the liver than testosterone (which you get followed on medically anyway). They are in any case less useful than they might be for cisguys (if they are useful) because we have a lot less testosterone in our systems naturally. My understanding is that they increase free testosterone, which is the T you have floating in your blood stream. (See Jack's post).
