I think it was senstive and grew some in weeks 1 to 3. After that, it seems to have completely stopped. I'm not 4 months in and actually worry about it a little. Shouldn't it have more 'growth spurts'?
For me that is how it happened too. I had an initial, really fast development but then after that it was pretty slow and almost imperceptible. I only really noticed that it had gotten bigger after the initial first growth because I could actually uh... get the twinkie out of the wrapper so to speak. I hadn't really been able to do that before and that rate of change took a while, I think it was 6-7 months? Somewhere around there. Seems to me that it gets girth before it gets length for whatever reason, so that can also kind of make it hard to tell (if that's how it typically goes, I don't know. But that's how it was for me).
As to pumping I would really study up on that before trying it. Make sure you know what you're doing. I wouldn't pay any attention to the fancy gauges on something, but rather to how it feels. If there's any pain or worse numbness, that's time to abandon ship immediately and lay off of it for a while. Never do it to that point. It shouldn't take much pressure to get the job done. Even a syringe BARREL will work (cut the needle end off and then reverse the plunger - keep that plunger pulled back a little bit before using it, don't want it to pinch or anything that will prevent that), just be sure the barrel is larger than you are by at least 25-50% in circumference or it could get stuck. Lots of lube goes without saying. Start slow and easy. It's enjoyable when its done right. Anything but when you're doing it wrong. I mention that method because it is by far the least expensive and IMO just as effective otherwise as the other more expensive alternatives. I mean a larger barrel/plunger could be had under $5.
