Transgender PACE law change: Officer honoured

An officer who pressed for changes to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) regarding the treatment of transgender officers and detainees has been recognised for his work.

West Midlands DC championed for changes to treatment of detainees by transgender officers under PACE after identifying legislation gaps.
