I'm going to get it done from ENT & plastic surgeon.
Do you think the doctor will object if I will tell him to make it my nose as small and narrow as possible like a woman and to make it as feminine as possible along with shape of it should be very feminine? I also want to tell him that I won't care if people I know notice a huge difference.
I'm a bit concerned he will be hesitant with this request since the US has become so sue-hungry and he doesn't want to get sued since he won't know my real purpose behind this and will assume that I'm just a man who will later find it too feminine and want to sue and/or be unhappy.
I'm mean ENT plastic surgeons really don't care right? As long as you gave them money and you don't ask for something insane like install testicles on your chin.... They really don't nitpick or get too anal especially about requests to feminize a part of the face?
I think as a plastic surgeon he knows a lot about the beauty of face and probably already knows that the majority of features that make even men who have not had plastic surgery attractive are feminine. So in that regard he may not object?
He also told me that to fix my deviated septum it would be best to get a rhinoplasty because in my case the deviated septum is very very severe, the nose is crooked and septoplasty alone has quite a chance of failing. I can confirm his claims by several people with cases of very severe deviated septum and crooked noses. One I personally know had the septoplasty fail and the second time needed rhinoplasty with septoplasty again. The second surgery proved to be a success 30 years later still.
I know I have to ask him first to really get an answer but I'm saving money right now. His fee $4500. I just need $1500 more. I'm getting it with septoplasty to fix my deviated septum so the hospital fees are covered by insurance minus the extra cosmetic work which is $4500 dollars of which I need to save $1500 more.
Maybe he will do it since he knows I need rhinoplasty for medical reason anyway and If he sees me hesitant to get it done without the cosmetic changes I want he may do it? By the way... I even told him I don't feel comfortable with rhinoplasty initially... So maybe he will also feel that I'm doing this mainly for medical reasons but the cosmetic changes are something secondary though still really want it?
