About a week ago I stopped at the bank and told the lady at the desk that I wanted to cash a check. She had been looking down at her computer even before I walked in and without looking up at me she said "Okay, can I have your account number sir?" I was surprised at first because I still present as female in public so I figured she would have noticed that I didn't particularly look like a guy but I couldn't wipe the smile off of my face, even after the woman finally looked up at me and seemed pretty embarassed at what she thought was a mistake in calling me sir.
Then later in the week I was sirred again twice at one of my jobs. The first time it happened I was on the phone with a lady for about five minutes, talking about a product we offer at the store I work in. When I was finished talking to the woman she replied with "Thank you, sir". That really made my day but it happened again the next morning

It was another phone call and the guy thanked me and called me sir when I told him I would transfer him to a different department since I couldn't answer his question.
The last time it happened, I wasn't actually sirred but an older woman said "thank you, young man!" before hanging up.
I'm still pre-T so it feels awesome to have a deeper, masculine voice already. If I had been sirred once or even twice over the phone I would have shrugged it off as a mistake but I've been sirred so many times in just the past week and even in person! In the past when I was on the phone, I used to use a fake phone "tone" to make my voice sound high and more feminine. I got tired of doing that and it always made my voice crack anyway so I just decided to use my normal voice which I guess sounds pretty deep.
Has anyone else been sirred this often while they were pre-T?
