What is a hypoplastic Labia Majora

It said when I was an infant that I had a slightly Hypoplastic Labia Majora?  When I look that up it's something to do with Intersex and etc,  I'm female physically outside and internally accept my external genitalia looks so different compared to other girls my pubis mons, But I've been wondering does something like Hypoplastic Labia Majora stay with you all your life does it become noticeable during puberty more?

From what I understand, it means that the Labia Majora (which is the folded skin in your vagina) is smaller than normal. It refers only to the appearance in that area -- that it is slightly smaller than in most females, and not a diagnosis of some sort of condition.

Abnormalities of labia majora: can be hypoplastic or hypertrophic. Abnormal fusion is usually associated with ambiguous genitalia of female pseudohermaphroditism due to congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

Unless you are xx and have 21 deficiency or 17 beta type of CAH- intersexuality is not common.

Also, if you had CAH, of any kind, you would know- as adrenal insufficiency requires daily monitoring of blood pretty much, and use of some kind of corticosteroids, like florinef, cortef, prednisone- and in case of an emergency (the flu, a bruise, broken bone can be life threatening due to lack of cortisol production), you need an emergency injection kit of hydro-cortef.

I would say CAH is ruled out in this case, as you also depending on age, if female externally with any sort of CAH which resulted in disambiguation, would have the joyous (sarcasm) memories of medical dilators, which only just recebtly wete ruled out as traumatic, due to activism efforts.
