I have two questions here goes.

I have broad shoulders and a broad thick chest. Unfortunately my hips are also wide, not as wide as my chest armpit to armpit but wider then my waist. How can I thicken my waist?

All my fat is on my hips which is unfortunate but weight loss is difficult as I don't have a lot of fat. Besides testosterone is there anyway to redistribute my fat to anywhere but my hips?

I'm m2f but i hope i can be of any help to you anyway.

They say bone stricture is fixed after age 18 but i don't believe that for a red hot minute! Have you ever heard of or read The Secret by Rhonda Brynne? I'm not going to get into all the details because 1: i want you too read the book, and 2: I'm posting from my iPhone but see your male body as the way you 've dreamed and you'll attract it.

But aside from that testosterone dosages among f2ms are known to broaden the female shaped waste, just like estrogen in m2fs give us the "hourglass" figure we want, but everyojlne's different and YMMV.

Also I've heard that t-boys broaden their waits by hiting the gym.and working out. Hope these help.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

Not a permanent fix, but there are shapewear type garments sold by Underworks for your stomach/hips/thighs. They don't work that well in my opinion, and you might be better off working your core to sort of break up the indentation between your shoulders and hips. It probably won't get rid of your small waist, but it will certainly create some sort of illusion that your hips are smaller and more even with your waist. Apart from that, I'm not sure if anything other than testosterone will actually move the fat up and create less curve.

Testosterone will shift distribution away from hips but it won't shift the fat.  The only way to lose that fat is to burn it off.  There's no way to target fat loss in just one place; only overall.  It's a pain in the ass (no pun intended) but that's how it is.

Nothing, and I repeat NOTHING, can target weight loss.  It's all or nothing.  Don't buy any rubbish that tells you otherwise because it is, pure and simple, rubbish.

However, like kaiju said, you can get garments to helps kinda squash it down.

As for thickening your waist.  Hit the gym!  Or I guess you could just put on some new fat there.

One thing to add: gaining weight while pre testosterone/in the early stages of HRT will only add to the female areas for distribution. So if you try to gain excess weight to thicken out that area, you may find that your chest, hips, butt, and thighs will take the most of it.

Obliques and abdominal exercises. The best way to really isolate those areas would be a dip station (basically just a kind of chair looking thing that puts your legs off the ground and uses your upper body to keep you there [by your forearms or else on the handles] so you can do leg raises and twists and that sort of thing - really, really isolates the obliques and abs if you do it right). Failing an actual dip station, there's the two parallel bars on playgrounds (actually, even school lunch line areas) that can serve similar purpose (wear rubber gloves though, for grip). I can say from personal experience, it is WAY better than doing those on the floor. Since I don't have access to either myself, I've been using the < junction of the kitchen counters and its effective enough (don't do that unless you know the counters can handle it. Some can't).

But then there's also the Russian Twist/Landmine 180's with a barbell (or even a weighted medicine ball+decline bench thing with the leg anchors). Apparently that's even better and I can see why, given the instructional videos. I plan to make that my go-to as it gets both the obliques and abs at the same time. I don't necessarily have wide hips (they're about the same as my rib cage) but I am still overweight, especially in my core, so they might as well be... but yeah, those will certainly help if bulked up to offset larger hips.

Unfortunately, no. That's just what E does. That won't regress or stop happening excepting a dangerously, very low BF%. Or until T and some work. In the interim, I also vote the underworks slimmer/compression shorts (or the longer binders that basically do the same thing).

And actually, in my experience, if T itself induces fat loss (it certainly has and continues to for me), that will actually help to shift the weight and not just the distribution. But yes, it takes some work too in order to really get it to get off of that particular area (e.g. T makes the fat in the offending appendages reduce and puts it elsewhere so yes, T can and does do that and not just there).

Thanks guys in gonna work my obliques. I can't wear a long binder as I have IBS so compression over my abdomen causes pain and digestive issues.
