The likely hood that T will increase your anger or anxiety is slim to none. That refers more to body builders to take massive doses.
Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may gain some weight. You may even find yourself feeling hungrier if your younger. Just work out a bit more and you will likely see the guy you always knew yourself to be.
Tell that to all the teenage boys out there...and their parents.

Karson, consider HRT to be like a second puberty...only this time, you won't change into a young female, you're changing into a young man.
During the teen years, guys have to put up with unwanted erections/arousal/horniness, sudden flashes of anger and angst, insecurities, and some other things which I've forgotten. (Hey, it was a while ago...

)
Also during the teen years, guys learn how to control these things, much of which is internal (i.e., self-control) and some is peer-driven.
But...relax. Keep thinking "this too shall pass", and enjoy the journey while you learn about yourself. Ask yourself, "what kind of man do I want to be? An angry man, a happy man, a good man...?" This is the kind of question you can't really ask others for the answer, only you can. And it might take a couple -three years to figure it out. But even then...allow room for yourself to grow, never plant your feet or mind in concrete.
Good luck, best wishes for you!
