Is it doable to pair calf high lace up boots with a tea length chiffon?  Is there a rule in regards to boot height and skirts?

Nope, cute legs are cute legs. Show them pins off and make the guys drool!!

I am trying to cover up a stab wound as well as damage from a car wreck.  Any Advice on shoes?  Boots are by far preferred.

Avoid heels as they tend to get people to focus on the lower leg (is that where the scars are?) or wear colored or patterned panti-hose (tights). Lots of very cute designs that look fantastic.

Heels are also bad for you full stop, but what isn't that makes you look good! but if you have muscle injury they could be even more painful to wear.

Depending how bad the scarring is, foundation can cover stuff, or Derma-Blend.

Check out the fashion magazines for ideas. TBH fashion magazines are a must for learning looks and cute ideas to suit you, you can access them on line or at the local library instead of buying them.

TBH again a few hours in the library going through fashion magazines is worth years of trying to find a style to suit you. And it is free!

There's a very large scat just above my knee, so tea length is as comfortable as I am with height right now(I also love the look, as I'm quite proper and wish to present as more elegant). The boots I'm looking at are almost flats.  Its more the shape on either side of my Shin I'm looking to cover up from pins.  I'm also quite fond of boots(as well as I have the need to use a half inch heel lift).  Also covering another stab scar on my other lower calf/ankle/side of foot although its not nearly as noticeable as it used to be.

Trying to build a single outfit for Halloween to help ease my friends who don't know into my upcoming transition into girl clothes.

I have some idea of what I want to wear.

Tea skirt/trainer corset, boots.  I also don't mind giving off a little bit of a goth/steam punk vibe as I often do with My guy clothes.  But I'm clueless on filling in the gaps.

It looks better if their is a gap between the top of the boots and the bottom of hemline, but you won't get a citation from the fashion police if there isn't.
