My hands always shake when I'm injecting. Anyone else have this problem? Does it get better with time?

I used to have this problem. It turns out I was using a syringe which was much bigger than necessary for the amount I inject, meaning I had to put a lot more pressure on the syringe because of the amount of air inside, which caused the shaky hands. Have you tried maybe using a smaller syringe?
Otherwise it might have something to do with nervosity, so maybe try to relax more?

It is nerves. But I didn't even think about the syringe thing. I'll talk to my doc about it since my appointment is coming up. Thanks for mentioning that.

Anyways to relax during the injection? I try to just concentrate on my breathing.

At first, I was too nervous because it was IM.. So I switched to subcutaneous.
Then, I felt like it was way too much liquid and it also took too long, so I switched to a higher concentration, so it was less oil. Now I'm fine.

When I was a nervous wreck, I'd listen to music like Explosions in the Sky, Sigur Ros, super calming stuff... That's about all that got me through it.

I get light headed from nerves. I just try and enjoy the rush! I was taught to "dart" the needle in. But it's too scary and I don't mind pain, so I push it is slowly and it's better.
