I do.  I like your typical male jogging/stretch pants.

Stretch pants are not for me in any situation, but I do rock out the jogging pants made from that really thin parachute like material as my sit around the house on the weekend pants. Super comfy, and at least it means I don't stay in PJ pants all day.

I wear leggings or stretchy exercise pants when needed, like for a mud race I wore stretchy tight exercise pants and I usually wear leggings or chunidar to gurdwara because you sit on the floor, so it's more comfortable then jeans.

During the winter, I sometimes wear leggings under my jeans to stay warm.

I never expect to pass in those kind of pants, but they are comfortable.

god no.

I prefer thick, weighty, fabrics.  Especially for pants.   This makes workout clothes a difficult find, but swim shorts will generally do the trick.  I wear my old jiu jitsu gi pants to yoga/pilates classes and things of that sort which are also super thick.  I love them.

Even if I were to dawn pants of a "stretch" material, if they ever had opportunity to stretch I think I'd consider them too tight.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

I hang around at home either in my underwear (boxer briefs) or some kind of lounge pants. I don't wear the stretchy material though I notice that these lounge pants have a certain stretch to them.

Are those leggings? a lot more comfortable than baggy pants (but must be 100% cotton). I generally wear male g-strings with those, though.

Not sure what your definition of "stretch/jogging pants" is - maybe a pic would help?  Too many cultures/languages on here :)

I don't like anything clingy as it shows the shape of my hips.

True.  Sorry for no clarification  I don't mean a particular pair, just any type that the guys like to wear.  For me I like typical "Rocky Balboa" type of grey standard jogging pants.  We also call them stretch pants here.
