Mandisha

Hi Peeps

My names Mandi also known as Mandidextrous . You can find out allot about me just from googling Mandidextrous . I am an underground music producer and dj . I have been going through a long transition since I was roughly 16 years old . I had my GRS last year in september at CX in london . Since then lifes been very hectic and full of ups and extreme downs. I am now trying to find myself I don't regret anything I have been through but still have massive hang ups about how I look and feel inside . I can't relate myself really to any gender roll and find it really difficult and not sure what future I have in regards to me as a person and my gender issues . Thought this maybe a good place to get some feedback from others as a good friend of facebook pointed me in the direction of this site .

Any way just gunna leave this here and see what you lot are saying .x Big love

A BIG warm welcome, Mandisha! BIG HUG  :) You are going to love it here! This is the most special place I have found on the net. These are all the most compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive and funny people I have ever met. The experience ranges from those finding out about themselves, already made decisions, pre HRT and pre and post SRS. It is so good to have first hand experiences to find out the good and bad about transition and develop friendships that are nurturing and honest. I have had such a positive experience here that it is hard to put into words. The only rules really are to respect others and be honest to them (as well as yourself). Susan's is special and when there is a crisis from one of our members, you will be surprised at the support given out. So tell us the bad and share the good all the while knowing we are family now. I am 47 and on HRT (around 8 weeks) and really use this forum 24/7. It is so addicting because it is genuine. Welcome to the family! :)

Hi Mandi, welcome to the Place You will find others here very helpful. I wish you the best trying to deal with the issues you have.

For me GRS was the thing i really needed to make my mind go quiet. I also know it is not the answer to everyone. Take life one moment at a time and not sure if you still seek therapy but i feel it is something we all need from time to time. That outside look at things helps a lot.

Hugs
