So I'm in boy mode waiting for tge bus to go to work and I hear this voice behind me "excuse me sir?" So I turned around and he corrected himself "oh, I'm sorry maam". Totally made my night.

Awesome! Just a hint, don't turn around when you're in girl mode ;)
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

Feels good, doesn't it?  I'm going to second the idea of learning to ignore male references! Hugs, Devlyn

It's better than what I'm hearing lately from my male friends, "It's your hormones, correct?" Grrrr. Congratulations on your first ma'am!

I have been  called  mamm many times over the  many years even dressed as a male.

Feels good. :) :)
I have been on estrogen and progesterone  for 24 years and sprio off and on but not for about 8 years. I have not totally transitioned yet but since  my breasts are very noticeable  36 I it is pretty much impossible not be seen as female. Just went full time. :) Yes I still do yard work!

It's nice when it happens the first few times.  Now, for me, it is just normal 24/7 type situation.
All great things are simple, and many can be expressed in single words: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.

I totally agree that it has become the normal. I don't even think about it any more.  In fact I would be more likely notice if I was called sir.

Sometimes they know what we are but they just call us 'maam' to be polite. You need to figure out when they really know and when not.

Once in the supermarket in the cheese section i overheard salesgirls saying look there it's a man...they thought i didnt hear and when i came close to buy cheese they told me 'good everyning maam' to be just polite i guess.
