Hi all,
I've been on hrt for almost 3 years, my breasts started budding withi the first 3 months, the usual tender lumps under nipple etc... Anyway, I've grown to about a B since but, in the last 2 months I've noticed the return of what feels like buds again. "Tight" sore lumps of tissue under each nipple, this time inside the fatty breast tissue... Is this normal? Happen to anyone else? Just seems weird, like theyre starting all over again? Or is this something i should have a dr look at?

I'd have your doc look at it just to be sure.

I agree, although I've heard some trans women say the tenderness never goes away for them and I suppose a second growth spurt isn't out of the question, especially if your hormone regime/balance has changed, getting a doctor to check you would be the best thing.
