Found this:

I wish I was good enough to do that! The best I've done is using each digit as a color of the flag. French tipping is difficult enough to achieve!

I have to admit I now go for shellac, I get them done about every 8 weeks, and no chipping no smudge. The down side (for some) is that they are permanent. But look awesome!!!

I have bright purple at the moment!

Isn't this mostly about finding (and cutting) the right tape?

If you like OPI, check out China Glaze too. Lovely colours, good quality and very reasonable prices. I have somewhere between 200-300 nailpolishes. *blush*

Oh and always add a top layer of Seche Vite. Makes it dry much faster and makes the surface less sticky in seconds. :)

Kitten, you are way cool girl friend. Please have a great day. Thanks for posting a product to dry polish, I've never used any. I rarely get any smudge.

Hahaha too sweet you!! You too! :D My life became 20% cooler once I discovered Seche Vite! Essie Good To Go is also a great option, they do tend to dry out halfways through the bottle but they're still easy to work with and they also leave the finish much smoother and prettier.

I don't do my nails anymore, they're cut super short and all natural (I just clean up and remove the cuticle), but I still remember my days with nail obsession (and I have some kilograms of nail polish as proof haha, can paint a car with all of it if I try). Nothing beats my absolute all-time favourite OPI Absolutely Alice. So so pretty.

Some of the glitters do require forever-and-a-half of waiting time but they're worth it. Same with OPI The Show Must Go On. No pictures can truly show how beautiful it is. Oh and China Glaze Ruby Pumps. Prettiest reds out there. By far.

I ♥ you too, Kittens :D or I did until I started adding all these colors to my cart ;)

I want to get a red for my daughter (4) who has asked... I assume these dry too slowly?

For me, I want OPI "Are we there yet." I'm looking for a dark peach, since I think it's my best color (a sweatshirt about that color is coming from Zulily soon... hope it fits - and comes before my therapy appointment Wednesday)!

I'm an OPI addict myself, although I posted my photos in the beauty / fashion subforum.

As for my current OPI:

Base + 2 layers + top coat. Did it on friday night, but it's already whitening on the tips. That's the price of washing the dishes, handwashing clothes, doing a lot of manual tasks, etc...

After painting your nails, dip them in ice water, they'll dry instantly. I had trouble nicking them while waiting for them to dry until I found this out.

Don't we all? Anything involving the hands, I'm not so good at.

I absolutely love OPI! I use some other brands as well but OPI is definitely a favorite.

Hahaha awwh ♥ The clue is to get a pigmented one coater for kids. They dry very fast! :) Look into Essie for those. Hands in ice water does also help yes, I always do that in addition to adding top coat, also to get rid of some of the smell.

And.. China Glaze, say no more! Especially for those who can't keep the same colour on their nails for more than a day or two. Chanel also makes good nail polish but in a whole other price range. I just like COLOURS! :D

I tried a little purple, at first it seemed funny but now kind of feels good. This will be a nice shade for winter time. Also bought a light blue, no, it's just the wrong time of the year for light blue, maybe in the spring.

It's fun either way, have fun OPI girl friends.
