I just woke up from a series of nightmares and strange scenario dreams. I've realized that I've been able to see myself in dreams consistently since starting testosterone. In this dream I had a male contoured chest and looked as I do in real life.

The reason I find this intriguing is, before testosterone I never saw myself in dreams, if I did I never saw my face and was was a blurry undefined person. Anyone else have that?

I been having dreams since i was a child and based on many different scenes/purposes/ideals and i have never really (i keep a book of all my dreams and currently into page 6-7) looked into the unexplained to see if there really was anything that told me such things. Its true after i had T (i think-time line is pretty close) that i started to have more clear dreams about the real me.So i cant really say if its the T or not but i will say that i think i am going to go through my book and look closer at the unknown because they may show more oppressed signs that i missed :)

That's cool you keep a book I should do that. Yeah I just find it so weird as I'm not used to seeing myself so clearly. Wish I had a log of my older dreams.

I'm pre-everything, not even out yet but I often have trans-related dreams like going to get my first T injection, trying to out myself to family etc.

Yeah something similar happens to me - I do not see myself in any of my dreams as any gender :o

I always saw some other guy instead of myself in my dreams. It still happens but most of the time now I see myself :)

in my dreams i'm just an existence, there is a body that is supposed to represent me but i've never noticed any physical features of it. just a blank body. i think i could forgive myself for that, as i don't remember what i look like even when i'm awake. it's like i can say that's me when i see a photograph or look in a mirror, but i can't form a clear image of my face or body in my mind without such assistance. i just cant remember what i look like, so every time i see myself in a mirror it feels like a new experience, and the moment i turn away from it i forget what i looked like. i don't think my mind could visualize something i don't remember in a dream. the same thing happens with my voice, i don't remember what it sounds like, and i don't hear it in dreams. there are words but no sense of a voice with a pitch.

Sometimes I get that too. Like I'll look into the mirror and be surprised at what I see, or I'll hear my recorded voice and not recognize it. I almost feel as if my brain might've altered the form of my body in the memory so I feel a little better about myself.

As far as the dreams go though, I recently just dreamt that I was in another guy's body, having sex. I saw through his eyes and everything. It was strange. But I guess this isn't that abnormal since we all want ourselves to look different than we do.
