Please note that the parties opposing this woman's legal status as a woman have sworn to drag this to the Supreme Court to win. If the SCOTUS rules in their favor, every single one of us will be legally detransitioned in the eyes of the law.

It doesn't matter if you like or dislike Nikki Araguz. If she loses at the Supreme Court level, you will lose too, like it or not.

I always had to wonder about this, the bible says made male and female. Where does it say only male and female or that anatomy determines gender? It doesn't say that actions or self knowledge does either but then again, it doesn't say not.


Dinosaurs exist, I belong to a group which is christian and believes about dinosaurs with no problems and without changing what the bible says. Just because it doesn't mention cars in the bible doesn't mean they don't exist, same with dinosaurs or transgender people.

Grrr, Hope that Supreme court goes the right way.

The law is very clear, with provisions to change gender, etc.  While the anti-trans parties may indeed be *willing* to take this all the way to the Supreme Court, they have to have grounds to push it there... I truly don't believe this case will get any farther than District Court.
