Oh definitely not hun  :). I started one month before my 22nd and am already starting to fail as a male at 5 months.  Heck some of these lovely ladies started in their 40's and 50's and I find them perfectly passable. Of course the general thesis is the younger the better (Unfortunately many never had the option of early transition) but genetics, voice, mannerisms, confidence, fashion sense, presentation all play key roles in passing as the woman you are in society. I would love to see a pic of yourself before and after if that's okay?  :)

Also height shouldn't be too much of a problem, I'm not overally tall (5"8') but I am above the av female height. I've seen women over 6 ft and they are just as if not more beautiful than women of smaller stature.

Is 22 too late? Absolutely not. I started my first transition at that age... admittedly it was a bumpy road. It's not the hormones/HRT "working" you really need to be concerned about, it's how you'll be able to cope with what can sometimes be a very stressful process. If you're up for the challenge then you're on  your way already - just make sure you have the right support to help when the going does get a bit tough. I've restarted HRT at 47, and there are plenty others here starting in their 30s, 40s, 50s and later... it's never too late.  ;) (Great pic BTW!)

Thanks hun. Yep I can certainly see a lot of change, your curvature is very feminine especially. If I saw you down the street I'd simply see a normal attractive female, no questions.

Dear, if 22 is too late, then a whole lot of us were doomed before we started. :)

You'll be fine! Being 5'10" puts you at photography model height. Most of them are 5'8-6'.

Hi baby! I am starting month three on HRT and I am 47. Even if I do not pass as well all of my life experience gave me the tools to handle it. As long as you are true to yourself, I don't think there is such a thing as too old. Age gives you tremendous self esteem, courage and most of us don't worry about what other people say. You will be OK! Here is a BIG HUG to start your day off with.  :)

Nope. I started at 32 and got great results (including having to move up going full-time b/c by 4 months HRT I was a C-cup and getting "ma'am" in boy clothes). You'll do beautifully. :)

22 is certainly not too old to start HRT.  You already have good curves, too, from what I see :)

I started HRT at 24 and I feminized very well.  I know that other factors come into it, and there are no guarantees, and also heredity can influence things.  However, 22 is considered young for HRT feminizing purposes.

I just celebrated my 50th birthday last week and 1-year anniversary on HRT.  It is NEVER too late.  Trust me.  :)

I began the transition process when I was 23 and started hrt at 24.  So, your story sounds very familiar.  It's not too late, but some things aren't reversible (like bone structure).  Having said that, you are young and starting at an ideal age.  Even if some things can't change and you can't foresee the future, there is a lot that can change and now is better than never.  As long as this is what you want and you and thought it through, go for it.

22? That's a great age to start. I'm started my transition at 50. i wish I had been able to start at 22!

22 is a good age to be starting hrt. i dont see why you wouldn't have good results. you have alot to work with
