Ok so right now I'm a zero cup pre HRT but I want some...well you know breasts.

QuoteSilicone Breast Forms Oval (Item#:sb-2015) $119.99 $99.99

These are One Pair of nude color oval silicone breast forms. They have the same size & shape as real breasts. These Prosthesis Breasts are made by our special technician. These Breast Forms developed for both the female and male torso. Unique symmetrical shape with a curved side wing adds fullness under the arm and a nice rise up the chest for the look of a natural breast. Firm enough to maintain its shape yet soft enough to have a natural bounce. These forms are made to enhance an existing figure, or for mastectomy patients but can be used by cross-dressers, professional drag queens, and transgender.

Are these any good?

I would also like some help with sizing. I want a C cup, but would it be good looking for a 34, 26, 34 5'10" 120lbs person?

Annie, your very thin (your BMI is less than 18.5, maybe your should eat a bit more).
Anyway, C may just stick out of your chest (I'm guessing your band size to be 32inch) and not look good (many TS use too big enhancers)  with your frame, B will probably look much better.

I'm 6 foot tall and 170 pounds, by bust pre-HRT was about 38 inch (muscles obviously) and my thorax is 34 inch, I'm currently a 36C and anything larger than D will start to not look as good.

go with something small so that once you start HRT you can start to not use forms asap.

I eat as much as I can probably 1500-2000 calories a day.

I want a petite look, but I think a B is a little too small for someone as tall as me even if I am very thin.

You would be surprised how few of my fellow mid-to-late twenty transitioners don't understand the concept of proportionality.

No larger than B.

It will look better on you to be smaller.

Height has nothing to do with how large a woman's breasts are. It's the frame that is a big factor. Most genetic females with your frame would be an A or a B. In fact, B is the most common cup size in women.
Most women's breasts are proportional to their frame and weight. The small women with tiny waists and DD breasts you see on tv have most likely had augmentation. Get a C if you absolutely must have a C, but if your aim is to look natural, go smaller.

I don't know if you are still reading this thread... I recently bought some cheaper forms. (cheaper than the ones shown though). I was very disatisfied, but had a taste of what could be from them. I went ahead and bought a nice set of Gold Seals from TBFS and .. oh wow. They are awesome. I've never felt as femenine before. I'm 6'2", 225LB and have a 44" chest. I bought the size 10 and they make me a D to DD. I CAN carry that on my frame but they are big. I love 'em! The folks there are really great and will advise you on your purchase. I was going to get a 9 but the girls there urged me to get the 10. I really am glad I used them. I'm also glad I took the step and bought the forms. Good luck.

You buy what you can afford, I have seen some much more expensive and I have seen them for less.  What you are looking at looks decent, as for size, going too large would only draw potentially unwanted attention to yourself.  B cup sounds reasonable for your frame.

Annie.....
You will look sooo much better with the "B".  BTW, you can also find the same and better forms on ebay.  There are lots of sellers competing there.
I used a small enhancer a while back, as my 'leftie' was a bit smaller than my 'rightie'.  But now, they seem to be competing for space, and are evening out.  My little silicone falsey stares up from the undies drawer like a lonely beached jellyfish now.  Guess it's time to set it free.

I once tried forms, very expensive ones, but I found them uncomfortable to wear all the time. I think I wore them several times when I went out to a club or something before going full-time. I then started hormones a couple of months later and found they were even more uncomfortable with growth going on. Pre-hormones I was a little under an A cup, like an AA. I wasn't over weight or anything, I just got developed them in my teens for some reason.

But, anyway, my point is that before you spend money on forms, think about how often you will wear them and when/if you are going to go the HRT route.

Bigger breasts don't always mean better, as well. B cups are pretty nice. I completely fill a B cup right now and I haven't stopped growing. Although, IMHO, breast size doesn't make or break a woman.

So, anyway, things to consider:

1. How often are you going to wear them. If it's all the time, you might want something that's as comfortable as you can get in a budget that you can afford.  Wearing breast forms can get uncomfortable during the day, especially if they have any weight to them, and when it's hot outside. if you're just going to wear them out for the evening, then that's a different story.

2. When or are you going to go on HRT. You may want to think about that, since in my experience my breast growth made it very uncomfortable to wear forms on my chest. This might not be true for everyone, but it that was my experience. Although you instantly won't have breasts, they will come with HRT if you are planning on going that route.

3. Cost. Does cost out weight the benefits? If you are planning to get HRT, you need to have the cash for that. Also cash for laser/electrolsis, and surgery down the road if that's the path you want to choose.

Personally, I found the forms to be a waste of money for me (key words, "for me"). But then again, I went full time quickly afterwards and I didn't enjoy wearing the forms after that. They were nice at first to get a feel and go out with them to clubs, but the newness wore off fast as they got annoying and uncomfortable to wear.

I know some people who have forms and love to wear them.

It really just comes down to personal choice if or if you don't wear them.

I don't like them....imagine wearing them on the beach in a bikini....I don't think so.....they are horrible.  They will also make you sweat a lot..

arn't they more for transvestites who want a quick change and back again?

Hi there,

I agree with Berliegh, horrid and they make me shudder just looking at them. I would rather be natural even if I could not have a cleavage, sorry. Save the money for something nicer.

Hugs and kisses
