First thing that hit me was an overwhelming feeling of peace about 2 days in. 2-3 weeks in, major softening of the skin, which continues well past that, then the breast buds filling out or growing if you didn't start out with any, and then what my gf calls the sundae effect, lol!! That's when she noticed the shape starting to slowly change, or 'melt' into what it's going to become, and that for me was about 4 months in+. She noticed it before I did, so there are things you won't notice because you see yourself every day and your mind plays tricks on you to an extent, but other people who don't see you every day will notice before you do

Good luck, and welcome to the club, girl :)

So true.  My wife and I clearly don't notice the gradual changes as much as everyone who doesn't see me so frequently.  Most people who haven't seen me in awhile really reinforce this.  Sometimes I even interact with someone who freaks out because they didn't realize who I was at first.  Always fun.

LOL!!! It's a game at work now - spot the new person, because that's the person who says 'she' - I'm out to my HR dept but not my coworkers yet. I have a ways to go on that front.....

Any knoweldge on acne? I've got it on my face, and worsening on my back, chest, and shoulders. Is this just an effect of T, and will removing it help or will I need estrogen as well?

There's an absolutely positive effect on acne! In my teens and 20s I had bad acne. After estrogen and spiro, my face and skin overall look better than I had ever dreamed. I always get compliments about my complexion too.  :-*
"There was a sculptor, and he found this stone, a special stone. He dragged it home and he worked on it for months, until he finally finished. When he was ready he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue. And the sculptor said he hadn't created anything, the statue was always there, he just cleared away the small peices." Rambo III
