Ok so I have been on spiro and Finesteride for 7 months as of today. I did body measurements right before I started. I have gained only 4 lbs since starting. The only measurements that have changed are:

Neck -.5 inches
Upper Arms - +1.5"
Fullest Bust Area Circumference +2"
Waist +1.5"
Hips at fullest +1.5"
Thighs +2"
Calves +.75"

So I am surprised so much just from AA's in 7 months. Not happy my waist got bigger as I thought that would and had gotten smaller. But even though my waist is bigger my belly area overall is ALOT flatter so I was surprised it measured bigger. What gives?

Didnt expect my upper arms to get so much bigger as I don't workout or lift an weights. They are bigger but now flabbly which I guess is good. I thought due to muscle loss m arms and calves would shrink.

Anyone else doing regular body measures and tracking?  I think it helps me with perception vs reality.

I'm hoping Estrogen starting in January does alot more. Next is to get on a diet and drop weight overall.

Hugs

Kay
Just trying to find comfort in this "shell" that doesn't fit.  But I am "remodeling" the shell finally!

I've been disappointed in long term measurement changes, plenty happened in the first six months. Now nothing since then, I hope you have better luck. I am not disappointed with my results, with a most dramatic 3" neck shrinkage.  I just wish I have continued progress in the future.

I did mine on a monthly basis. It's good to frequently keep track of these things, it keeps you up-to-date with your body. And also, I always found comfort in the figures, especially at times I thought HRT was taking me nowhere. Same goes for doing at least monthly photoshoots.
I've found it takes love to make or do something, and without love it's senseless; void, empty, vain.

The only measurement I care about is my waist. God the biggest downfall to SRS is it becomes so hard to stay thin.
