I just though of something.  :)

when you are a person with Priviliges like me. Young, white, skinny told to be good looking, who pass and general live a normal life, then you shouldnt feel so much discrimination toward you?

I dont think thats true.

I almost feel it somethimes worse being viewed as priviliged than not. when I am white people dont mind telling me how they hate imigrents and want them to leave the country, I dont think they would had said so if I where coloured.

when im skinny they dont mind telling me how I should put on some weight and eat more, yet they dont tell my chubby classmates to eat less.

they dont put a hide on there sexism jokes, there fellings about transgenders and how ->-bleeped-<-ed up they belive it is, which they may had done if I where out.

and they atomatically asume I am healthy and got a good easy life because I look rather "normal" and fine" without any knowlegde of my life.
--
I wonder if it isnt also a kind of discrimination, but a accepted kind of discrimination as they atomatically asume neither of those things will effect me in a negative way, after all its not me but other people they are talking badly about.

so what if that not true?
turn out my mom IS a imigrent even when she is white.
turn out im transgender and really find there comments very offensive
turn out I actually think its very annoying being told I should eat more all the time.
and turn out my life is far from always that easy and simple regardless on how I look.

Is there even something as "accepted-discrimination"? or what is it called? when you feel discriminated toward something who actually where not ment for you?

Thank you for shedding a light on this :)

What your experience has shown is that a lot of privilege and discrimination exists that most people would deny because it's invisible to them. Not many people who are classified to be in privileged groups can truly see what it's like on the other sides. Perhaps it's one thing for which we can be thankful about being trans.
