And i don't even know why...

In a perfect world, i would've been transitioning during my early childhood instead on my early 20s (now). But transitioning into female was something I've been wanting to do for so long and I've a lot i want to share with my therapist after doing my homework, looking into places in my area and found something in Philadelphia that caught my fancy.

"What's stopping you then?" you're probably wondering. Well let me answer the question before it's even been asked. First of all, i don't know how much this is gonna cost and it doesn't say on the site (i didn't see it, anywway), and i don't know what to say or what questions to ask when i call her/them.

Halfly (if that's even a word) because I'm so nervous because even though it's the 1st step it's also a huge step. But as they say, if you want something you never had before you gotta do something that you've never done before.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

Cost is ongoing and varies with insurance or no and where you go.

Nervous is normal. You will do fine. If you are talking about calling a therapist, simply tell them you need to talk bout gender issues. They will understand nervousness.

Taking the first step is hard, but it's better then the alternative.
