As I have to go 2 times to Chettawut to have that secondary inner labia thing I wanted to know meanwhile while I don't have it will my vagina look like a 'real' vagina? Do some genetic female not have inner labia?

exactly, I mean the "porn star look" is a clean slightly puffy not not too fleshy outer labia and barely noticeable inner labia, it seems like a lot of women don't want the excess inner labia that hangs down.

in MY opinion, it looks better to not have a large inner labia, but that's just my sexual preference, some people like long labia, but no, it is in no way like male's penis size, and how much of a woman they are. I'd say most women probably are more concerned with their breast size, and having smaller labia.
